Hi Zach, man is that a chool busz. Did you modify the wheel wells or were they like that. My 99 has round tops. I like the flat top better though. Mine is a shortie that has a handicap rear side door. Id like it shorter to pull my rv but i like being able to put bikes in. Oh well, cant have it all, lol
Hi Bill, Yeah the stock wheel wells are currently in my bus shop (The section he chopped out) he made those custom wheel well tubs with some 3/16th mild steel and welded them together.
Well i found this one, the video where he cut the back off of it and another bus vid explaining how they put theirs back together after making a toy hauler bed on it so i think thats enough to get mine back together after cutting it. Just the small things i need to figure out, i got lucky and mine has dual side mount AC units for the back along with inside 6’ heating units......our buses didnt have those luxuries, all we had was a front heater box lol
He did a F700 box truck into a pickup once also. Bassically just measure really good, use a mag drill to re-do rear suspension holes closer to the cab, custom drive shaft and lots of fabbing to make the body look right.
So the real question I have about this build is does it need a new title, and does this thing need a cdl since the GVWR has been reduced (Rules of a Coach Conversion)
Now that, is awesome! He’ll have no problem pulling trailers with that beast.
I searched this on youtube, cause i know someone has done this before. Excellent video , very good edits and its a cool build looks stock
That’s one hell of a short bus lmao
Every time I see this I think of the movie, "Dumb and Dumberer"
Thanks for your vid 😇💟💟💟 Love us all, this guy is handy.
That’s the short short bus where all the durrrr durrrr people go on

On that DT466, how many horsepower and how much torque?
I believe its all stock for now - there was talk about turning it up but he hasn't needed it yet.

No new title and its registered as a motorhome no cdl
It needs driveline ratio that accelerates fast.
Its meant to haul.
