On book 2, Deuce (like the good boi he is) suggest they can stay with them, that's when Ace suggested that they can even stay at the same bed as them(THAT'S THE 2ND TIME HE TRIED TO BED WITH US!! 😭)

It's clear that Malleus has built a strong bond with the protagonist throughout their interactions with each other. It shows that the protagonist is more than just a confidant and friend, which is what Malleus always wanted.

When you're with them what feel likes a few hours could be days or even years without you even knowing. Yeah sure it could be the, 'time flies when you're having fun' but I also find it endearing that with this little folklore Malleus is so enamoured with our company that he loses track of time which is something humans often do when around the fae.
