It was clutch because while his plan was to drop the seed and pick it up, the blaze spawned on ken as he put it down (right on the seed as well) so he did save the pull. His timing had to be on point @@arandan666
I think even if that one exploded the boss would have died soon after. Few people can survive that one shot mechanic like rogues. I'm impressed by the demon hunter at the end how he handled his seed. Crazy plays either way from both of them.

One of the funnest and most exciting races to watch especially the end watching both guilds pull the boss over and over both having 1% wipes previously knowing either of you could kill it any pull was so exciting lol i was going back and forth from one channel to the other after each guild would wipe.
Even as a Liquid fan, y'all did an amazing job this entire tier! One of the best races I've seen in a long time and y'all absolutely deserved it. Big congrats and looking forward to more races in TWW.
Liquid played very well also. Thought they were going to secure the win when they had that one pull that was .07% ahead of Echo. Was an awesome race on both sides.

This must be the greatest community event and effort in the history of the game. People swelling in memories about AQ when the server came together bla bla. Look at the huge amount of helpers for the splits. The whole EU Raiding community came together again. And of course: Insane performance by echo - as a team, individually and production & casters!!

Coming from FF14 I'm actually feel jealous WoW has more interesting race than our. I don't know anything about this raid but I can feel echo struggle to brainstorm and breakdown the mechanic step by step and when they finally face the giant wall is what remind me how brutal was the DSR
The race was perfect two weeks of entertainment and the caster did a banger job. My favorite was nagura trying to use a ipad😂😂. I think this was for her the hardest boss encounter 🤪🤪🤪
