Perhaps you need a shiversteel to consistently land your root. It has a low cooldown too. Maybe you can get some cooldown speed and have several going at once.
He is a carry,he dosent need to kill,he helps his team kill,but anyways it's not most people's style,but it's mine,It has a lot of potential in the jungle when I first play

I think the best strategy would be to use the perk constantly and sneak up on opponents. Use his B combod with a shiversteel and then throw down an A to root people. Maybe grab a frostburn just to be even stickier? He seems fun to play. Il probably grab him once I get 8k glory.
flicker can only be good if the player would understand his advantages, i remember getting almost all the kills on a battle royale with him plus its really funny when enemies try to hide in the bush with you when you have infinite stealth... until they remembered flares
I think that semc should have buff a little bit his heroic perk. They should have let flicker be invisible as long as the cooldown of his ability doesnt run out

Usually when devs do something like that they are eventually considered money hungry or just bad devs. I want a new map also but id rather have more heros and no bugs in the game. Im hoping they roll out a new map by mid next year or early next year though since they seem to be getting much better with the updates.

He isn't not ranged because then he will be a laner, they have released 3 lane heros and 4 will be over kill and hellish , many hates it will get m now he can wither cp jungle with a tank roam ! Just like Lyra ! Or he can go roam with health item so that he can slow people with b root with and and hide with c and save fragile heros quite easily. Many a times when a tank tries to protect saw or taka , the enemy can see the tank and makes a better plan. They won't just kill lance to kill saw , will they ? , with him you can be in bush when saw is low use crucible and slow with b run away and use c to hide saw. Heros like taka , kestrel or saw can take full Heath if they just survive even with one HP , but many a times enemy can ignore the tank to attack them , he can very well deny them this chance , he can always prevent ace many times as he can not be seen in bush , many roam can not 1v3 even in full health

Flicker does no dammage he is roam. You can just place scout traps near the vain
I think vainglory should stop spamming heroes and add more content like more maps or a BR map
