1962 constitution has resemblance with 1956, however, it contains some politico-religious controversialities that made it another highly flawed constitution and caused its abrogation in 1969 by General Yahya khan. The form of govt yet remained a diliemma and that paved a way to an other Martial Law similar to the previous constitution

Basically Federation means "Constitutional Allocation of Resources between Center and Units" so its more of a state type than form of Govt!
Pakistan under Ayub was still a federation with two provinces but form of govt was Presidential, Just like USA... (In the video you said instead of federal system, presidential system was introduced)

Actually, In 1962 constitution the presidential form of government was adopted instead of parliamentarian form of gov.
more over in 1962 the presidential form of gov was also a federal gov where Pakistan was basically based on capital and 2 provincess east Pak and west pak.

Federal system is a type of state and presidential system is a type of government. These two can't be compare. Federation can be compare with unitary or confederation while presidential system can be compare with parliamentary system. Kindly correct this.

Madam the 1962 constitution was framed by a commission not by any parliament.
Why this unicameral legislation was failed?
actually this whole development was due to american aid and when the war started and we use american weapons and ameican aid stoped , every thing came crashing down and we ran out of money at that time

Ma'am, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan was reintroduced in the first Amendment of the Constitution 1962. Although, the name was introduced in the Constitution of 1973, but before it was reintroduced in the first amendment.
