How to write ladder logic in TIA portal for the Siemens S7-1200 CPU to complete scene 1 of the Factory I/O simulation software.
The premade scene 1 of the factory io software is about getting a box to the end of a conveyor and having the conveyor stop when a sensor detects the box has reached the end. For this task I used a normally open contact and an output coil.
Before I could use the logic I wrote I needed to configure the driver to communicate with the CPU. I also had to use offsets on the PLC inputs.
