Looks amazing, just saw your short
Thank you for this video! Soon to take on runway for my projects again and this was the perfect video for the clarity I needed before starting :)
Great to hear. Obviously as this video is over week old it's now out of date 😅😂. They've added two more camera controls, tilt and pan. You can mix pan right with left horizontal movement (or vice versa) to get camera movement around a subject. (*Gets a bit janky after the first 4 seconds, but a great addition)
good stuff man, followed along while you were doing it. Cheers
thx for great content, because of you I have had found great AI tools for image modification
Great stuff, love the creativity!!
Excellent video! Thank you so much!!
cool! thank you for the tutorial
Thanks!
crazzzzzzyyyy amazing... wow
nice:)
Runway must cost a lot to use today. I quit using it once they canned much of our free usage of it. Might revisit it again we shall see.
Great video! Thank you for sharing. I appreciate it. Is there anyway to stop the camera panning? I'd love a still background with just certain areas animated. The motion brush seems to still animate the whole picture sometimes?
Yeah at the moment it still seems to animate other elelments in a scene, plus takes some additional direction from motion brush. Setting camera movements to '0' should help stop any movement there (but it's not guaranteed). I think (at the moment) it's a case of running the generation a few times to see if you can get what you're after. Hopefully in the future they'll add additional motion brush tools, i.e. the ability to paint over areas where you don't want any motion.
So you can't add a prompt with the motion brush tool yet?
You can add text prompts as well. I just chose not to for this tutoiral for speed (ease of explanation. 🤷♂). But yeah you can add some direction via the text prompt to try and spur on certain movement . i.e. "Fiery ring circles and sparks, as a warrior stands with a sword, their cape blowing in the wind." . Though I don't find it gives a massive impact in the tests I've done so far. Here's an example using that text prompt, along with camera conrols and Motion brush:

It still camera that mostly moves
can we fix the camera or does it always move? I couldn't figure it out
The content flagging when the image has just a little bit of skin is very annoying. The over-policing of these tools is beyond ridiculous now.
