Thanks for the great video :) it is so nice to see 60s/70s brutalism movement ending in Star Wars movies, I hope we will see more of it in Season 2 of Andor
That was a nice watch :) If you visit London again I would recomend also visiting the McLaren Technology Centre as the Coruscant Spaceport from Andor Episode 4 was filmed there, and the Lloyds-Building as filming of Andor Season 2 took place there for many days.
This was one of the awesome additions in Andor, must say huge props to the creative direction of those on the team working on the series to look at these locations and say "yep, that would be great for Star Wars", awesome video!
Really neat to see you film these locations and show the comparison! I enjoyed comparing the details to see how they would edit the backgrounds to make it feel more immersive rather than just a place in London. You guys got some really good shorts too.
The coruscant space port in episode 4 of Andor was filmed at the MTC (McLaren Technology Centre) in Woking, the MTC is the headquarters for McLaren racing a Formula One team
I don't know whether I should be chuffed or feel further dread that London has almost perfect spots for dystopian fantasy locations while the global and national economy is so donked :') all the same - brilliant job finding the shots that you did, makes me want to weirdly go to these spots myself now :D
The world is looking more like a planet occupied by the empire every day, that's for sure :'D But yes I definitely recommend paying them a visit if you can! And thanks for watching :)

Why is Strike always sprinting?

Im speedrunning the campaign
Great fun to see someone appreciating buildings that are part of my commute and where I'd hang out when moving between customer offices. 🙂
Thanks for the great video :)

I agree and I think we will!
Thank you for watching :D
I love that they did a mix of CGI and practical for these scenes, it looks great and you can also visit the real places like this
Agreed! And they managed to find really perfect locations for these scenes as well, being there you could definitely see why they chose them!
Nice job on this video!!! ❤
Thank you Matt! 😊💙
This was a lot of fun, it was so cool actually being in a few Star Wars locations.
yep! 💯
While I know they film at pinewood studios I hadn't realised how many real locations have been used in the UK
Cool 👍😃
Yes I was surprised when I found that out as well! 😄
So flipping Awesome!🤘

Thank you! 😊 My favorite part was also making the side by side and being able to see where they changed the background or even some small details!
What a cool vlog! I love Andor as well as Rogue One so this was awesome to see all the filming locations! 🤩
Thanks! Yeah Andor was great! Still want to visit some of the Rogue One locations, especially Iceland! 😍
@@iron.hearts oh yes! Iceland is on my bucket list as well! 😍

Nice work! Shame we hadn´t time to join you on this one, but we went to the Underground station where one of the shots were filmed.

Being Scottish, the thought that London locations were used for the capital of the Empire got a smile from me. Ironic!
😂😂 Ironic indeed 🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣 perfect 🙌
Jännää!
