F units definitely got the ball rolling and woke the railroads up to the benefits of diesels. The FT and F3 were the first diesels widely used for road freight service as opposed to switching. But the locomotive that really sealed Steams' fate was the EMD GP9. On large roads with huge fleets of steam to replace, the GP9 was the locomotive that was made in large enough numbers quickly enough to drive the vast majority of freight steam locomotives out of service.
Ken: I like the tie and dress shirt. I learned a business principle when I was in private practice: If you want people to respect you, dress a little bit better than your colleagues. It really works. We have met three times at train shows and you are always very polite and respectful. I own three of your locomotives. Many thanks. Andy
Love the looks of the NW-2 and n scale F-units. But would be great to see something not done before or in some time. These are the third of each to be brought out by manufacturers in the last few years.

The C&O K-2’s are beautiful!
Definitely getting an ABA set of the CRI&P F Units. If we may be so bold; USRA light and heavy Mountains and Santa Fes in N scale would also be grand.
Beautiful engines
I have a K2 Mikado running on my 4 X 12 foot layout with 18 inch radius curves, and it works as beautiful as it looks.
I picked up the C&O K-2 and I've been very happy with it. Great product!
Loving those switchers! They all look and sound great!!

Andy, thank you for the kind words.
I got the Lehigh Valley NW-2 #185 and the LV F3-A & B #510 #511 #512 and #513 units. Just incredible detail and performance!
Nice locomotives!

Apparently they're announcing 2 new N scale diesels and one new steamer soon ...so we can hope.
I pre-ordered the C&O K2 with Paragon4 sound. Wonderful locomotive. Highly recommended.
We're glad you like it!
Was hoping for Canadian pacific F units. Maybe next time.
Those K-2s are beautiful. Any chance we could see a B&O Q4 get the same treatment?
@Broadway limited imports LLC Will you do the B and O pere Marquette scheme in Ho scale for future runs?? That looks good in N scale btw- Josh Smith
Great video! I’ll definitely be getting a stealth F3 in the Maine Central scheme! Is there a certain release date for the Reading T1’s yet?
Going to have to get a couple more i guess
Still waiting for someone to do a PRR BP20.
yeah, a BP20 for SPFs.....
Perfect on front of your heavenly good P70s.
thanks😎😎
I remember seeing K2's on the New Haven RR. Any chance of seeing any from Paragon for our layout that features New England RR's.? B&M ?
When is the N scale Reading T1 gonna be released?
I love this guy lol
When it comes to real railroading, too bad there's not a switcher mode for some engineer's. For instance, last night. I'm not mentioning any names. 😂
