Sandwich the foam between plywood with some 2x3s adding stability, basically making a platform, uses some conduit hangers to attach it to the go-kart with a hole cut in the middle of the platform for the cart Use 2x3s and dog eared fence boards to make a frame attached to the cart with totes, buckets, trashcans, pipes or what ever as pontoons
