I wonder about the book that she donated to charity. As her fan base grows, the sales of that book should also increase proportionately. I also read a number of times that she help raised more than $20 millions for children charities and environmental causes. All that accomplished when she was still a child. Very inspiring.

I can understand why the printed version might be, but not the digital version. When I first tried to buy it, it was unavailable. When I checked back later, I was able to buy it.
