    Dear Balkan Architects,
I wanted to express my heartfelt appreciation for your awesome tutorials, which have been incredibly helpful for students practicing architecture, especially in the planning process. Your content stands out with a uniqueness not seen on many TH-cam channels, making you a true masterpiece in the field of REVIT architecture.
I am writing to request that you consider creating tutorials on unique residential models, including 3D elevations with twinmotion rendering. This would be immensely beneficial for a wider audience, given the high interest in rendering plugins like Twin Motion. Your expertise in this area could bring about a significant impact, reaching a maximum audience.
Thank you for your dedication to providing valuable content, and I look forward to seeing more of your innovative tutorials.

Revit won't work like AutoCAD, if bring image forward it will hide all the elements underneath it.
So it's better to keep Imports as base and adjust the transparency of elements.

you should show how you got the 3d perspective view that you see on your title image.

I'm guessing there's some photoshop involved. It could be done in revit as well but it would look slightly different

Could you just use wireframe instead of making things transparent? It is just a simple toggle between and wireframe and hidden line.
