    I bought a house and the realtor recommended a home inspector, everything was fine but I don’t recommend going with an inspector that the realtor recommend

      Yeah it’s tough as sometimes they recommend good people but you just never know unless you independently research

    Great video Jennifer, thanks. But when you mention in your videos that”if you have a question, please reach out”. I called your mortgage company and spoke to an agent. She wasn’t willing to answer many questions unless I filled out a pre approval application. I thought the objective for the call was to help navigate my decision, not purchase a home via phone.

      Did you speak to someone on my team or just someone at guaranteed rate? The only time my team would suggest an app is if you had questions that could only be determined with a full application such as what you could qualify for etc…
      Also, we did have a call yesterday with someone asking how much income they should show on their tax returns which is 100% nothing any lender can or should advise on so if that was you that was why they would/could not answer. If that was not you shoot me a text and I will personally call you back 707-478-0637

    We did an inspection and an FHA appraisal. The inspector caught the sewer leak and live wires in the attic. FHA appraiser didn't catch any of that but nailed the small amount of peeling paint on the outside of the house. You should make a video about Escrow Holdovers. We had to do one because we can't paint the outside of the house during winter. We had never heard of an escrow holdover and had a bit of panic until we talked with your team about options.

    Even if I decided I really want "THAT particular house", Like it's affordable and in the perfect area, it otherwise looks livable...I still want an itemized list of everything wrong with it so I can fix them! I cannot fix what I don't know is wrong!
