    다른 채널에선 물넣고 믹서기에 갈아서 하는데
    그 방법은 '차지지' 않고,

    인절미가 갑자기 먹고 싶어서 보게 됐는데 콩가루 만드는 법 꿀팁입니다.

    찹쌀은 3시간 이상을 불러 줘야 찹쌀이 쫀득 그리고 찰지고 맛있습니다

    엄청 능력자시네요! 찹쌀가루도 직접 만드시고, 콩가루도 직접 만드시고 많이 배워 갑니다~ 찹쌀가루 만드실 때 쓰시는 분쇄기는 커터기와는 다른 건가요? 찹쌀가루 저도 만들고 싶어요~

      분쇄기는 일반믹서기보다 좀더 곫게 갈려요 조금 덜갈려도 믹서기도 가능해여^^

    비닐장갑 작업할때 고무밴드를 손목에 끼면

      답이 늦어서 죄송 합니다 생콩 가루 는 뽂아야 쓸수 있어요 근데 이미 갈아진 가루를 다시 뽂아서 쓰면 고소 한 맛이 떨어 진답니다

      찹쌀은 2시간 불려도 되구요 3시간 불려도도고 4시간도 되요 단지 너무 불리면 맛이 떨어져요
