Hobo huh? Turn that frown upside down Mr. Poopy Pants and find someone to give you a big hug because it's going to be a nice day even if you don't like yourself much. Sad lil fella🥲
I think the sweet spot is Platinum with the hybrid max, or just get a different car altogether. 340hp 400lb-ft of torque, with a long Toyota lifespan. its problem is there's so many other cars you can buy for that money if gas and diesel cars get phased out in my lifetime then this would be somewhat of a boring car to own as a sendoff.
? My V6 supercharged rover gets 28 on the highway (official says 26 but I consistently get 28). That little hybrid sedan should get better than 4-6mpg better. What's that about?
These things are weird looking in person, it’s like a camry with a lift kit. Same idea as the Accord Crosstour and look how poorly those sold… I cant imagine this’ll do much better…
I was looking at the XLE trim on this. When I found out that a sub 40k vehicle like this didn't have parking sensors I was immediately turned off. I am going to wait for the 2025 Camry XLE vs this.
Love your content Ben, but...can you just close the hoods from now on?!! I have no idea why, but that pause drives me bonkers! I know, I must need therapy! 😂
To be fair it's 55k for a Toyota flagship vehicle. If u just want a sedan it's the camry. This is prob for ppl who want the Toyota peace of mind, but don't quite want to go straight into the lexus spending bracket. This vehicle is pretty nice, and in today's car market the price is reasonable, which i think 55k being reasonable says alot more about the state of our economy :(
@@HiiImChris55k is the same money on the top trim( ultra luxury package)of an ES350 or ES300h. The price point of the Crown sedan-platinum trim is a disaster. No way to complete with the top trim of a Lexus. Same money, new technology (implies worse reliability compared to old es350), much worse luxury interior material, less comfortable features(you won’t have heads-up display, power steering wheel, power trunk, passenger seat no lumbar, etc). However, the dealer will give much discount on both cars and just buy the cheaper one.
Now, that's how you're supposed to integrate the info screen into the dash.
The crown platinum looks nice but definitely do love the limited better with one color instead of the 2 tone colors definitely looks amazing Ben
Just got a new Platinum in gray and black, we love it, first car I have ever considered by Toyota.
Imagine being in the showroom watching him drive off. “Hey! There’s a hobo stealing your car!”

Honestly these are extremely cool, but I still wish we got the Japanese version more.
The solid grey color is the best looking.
I wish theyd offer the Crown Signia wagon in a lifted version, like a Subaru Outback alternative!
This car is a gem. Made in Japan. Toyota quality and reliability. So many good features 😮
What about the driver assistance feature? How good is it?
I want this.
I like it!
Sweet

I think this car competes with the Acura TLX.

This is a car that really should have been a hatchback at the very least
Especially for that insane price

I don't want a lifted sedan. They need to bring us the Crown wagon/crossover.
I wish Toyota would ditch the weird grills and front end design!
It’s gonna be my next car , Lexus es300h look too boring, this car turning heads with some basic mods.

Lot of money for plain Jane interior
Personally I hated this car I had one as a rental from my local Toyota it was a platinum had the 350 hp but was so sluggish
First
Not even close
on this price point I like buy Tesla model Y
55k for a toyota sedan 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
Buy it 2 years for 28

@@xueruiyang4485 well I suppose if no one purchases them they will definitely have to reconsider what they're trying to accomplish with this vehicle
Top end Toyotas and entry level Lexus should have a bit of overlap in price. If they slapped a Lexus badge on it would that make it worth $65k?
Say NO to EV’s 😮
Lexus is owned by Toyota 🤷♂️
NO HUD,
Is this a 👍car or 👎car comment?
Super overpriced
🤮🤮🤮🤮
