There’s so many great songs from DGD to react to. Man of the year, we own the night, son of robot, feels bad man, synergy, die another day, count bassy, the entire mothership album…. I could go on forever

This is the best DGD album by far. I know Issues has had a ton of bad press, for good reason, but I'd recommend checking them out still! Issues - Drink about it | Find Forever | Rain etc

This music video was the conclusion on a series of three songs. They have a lot of cool concepts and themes with robots, rats and strawberries.

Oh god am I excited about you guys taking this journey, I’ve been big into rap, rock, metal, jazz, etc all my life, and DGD has consistently been amazing since I found them, no bad songs in my opinion

Dance Gavin Dance is my favorite band of all time. Although it is a pretty big L they lost Tilian as the “frontman” everyone else in the band holds their own weight and (Andrew isn’t in this song) they have another clean singer who’s sticking to the background while the screamer is the new “frontman.” They have so many tracks that are worth a listen. Albums full of heat. Hopefully y’all keep checkin these guys out and great reaction as always!

Probably DGD best is “Prisoner” highly suggest you check that one out!
I’m more favorable to Chucky Vs. the Giant Tortoise and Count Bassy myslef, but Prisoner is amazing as well

The glass is definitely made of whatever sugar glass mixture that they use for on stage props in movies too. Gives a convincing darker form like the bottle he uses in the video, but not as convincing when you need clear/blemish free props like a glass tumbler or wine glass + stem. They can just use cgi for color, though.

Omg biting into a lightbulb sounds so satisfying for some reason lol maybe that will become my strange addiction too 😭 dance Gavin dance had the ideal set up with Tilian doing clean vocals, like his voice is just amazing and it paired so well with the other vocalist. I’m sad he’s no longer in the band; it will never be the same 😔 neither of you looked like you were into the song so I was surprised that you both liked it. Haha that sounds like a painful hobby! That does suck, I really like the clean singer (Tilian’s voice), and I did really like the song! Everyone keeps recommending all the hard songs, so I think you should start easy with dance Gavin dance. 3 songs, the importance of cocaine from the first ep, uneasy hearts weigh the most, and prisoner.
Anything off their 1st or 4th album please, different singer and their best in my opinion. And i told them i invented times new roman is a good song to start with

Whoever is asking you to do the “live” version is just plain wrong. Always listen to the song how it was intended. Just like Spiritbox (popular in the reaction community), please listen to the actual art piece before reacting to the live performance. It’s what was meant to be heard as the permanent piece. Man Of The Year is my favorite song of all time. It’s so epic, but please, if you want to listen to it, please react to the studio version. I’m so sick of people requesting live song reactions before you’ve heard the song. So many things are missing from it if you take that path, and it’s much more respectable to hear the live version after. Also, their two new singles are amazing. A reaction to the video would be awesome. Sorry for the novel, love y’all
