Like myself who saw women wearing bikini tops with saree when I went to a super rich post marriage function. We were just acquaintances by some luck but the relatives of both the sides were wearing extremely skin showing clothes which we normally don't see in our lifestyles. Like clothes being acceptable depends from which society you belong and society depends on the people you interact and where you live. Even from the lifestyle we belong we are okay with backless and off shoulder blouses.
