I love that blue Jane Marple cherry applique skirt! I think the blue cherries are especially cool. It gives me similar feelings as when I see blue rose print/gobelin fabric because you just don't see that in the natural world, and I find those features very striking, otherworldly, and cool. I'm excited to see some proto coords with it! Love the new intro too by the way!
Yes I am so thankful for this skirt! My friend is a sweetheart. She really picked out the perfect gift for me! It was really fun too because she also admired this skirt in the red colorway so I think it was a treat for both of us to view it up close and personal :) I am so excited to wear this in the spring/summer. It'll be just perfect for a little picnic or walk in the park. I also just ordered a kuma kumya and I think he will fit just perfectly with it! I too find the blue to be super cute and interesting. I never thought of it in the way you mentioned, how it's unnatural yet a natural subject. That's such a fun way to think about it! It really makes it feel even more like an art piece haha. I am also super excited to style it in a proto way

yes you totally should! I never even planned or thought I was all that attracted to desaturated colors haha but it just happened naturally and I took a look and realized how I just seem to love them especially for classic! Totally get some they're a dream
