Is it okay ti do quilling by using only a hair comb, I can't afford the expensive quilling kits available in the market. At present I'm having quilling strips, quilling tool and mould only.
I would say if you already have a slotted tool it pretty much quite enough do quilling😁I saw some started with toothpick and develope their own way of quilling, and ya ..hair comb could achieve too. specific tools are just to make it easier, but in the end I realize it doesnt necessary to have all the tools. you can work with what you have and when you get familiar with quilling and know what you styles is , you can investing some of the tools because then you will know what tools you needed and what you don't. 😉 hope it helped!
