I use Geforce Experience but you can only get it on a Gaming pc, but as a starter recording program use OBS Studio. :)

@@davidrbx_2006 (I tried OBS but I am not get in this programm btw) thanks, now I am using Bandicam, but I will try this programm (I have gaming laptop, for example I have 30-40 fps in SCR)
