That's incredible! But why does the first oboe disappear but still sounds at the begining of the 3rd part? Haha

Cristina Alonso Following instructions in the score, the 1st oboe becomes a fairly audible "offstage" oboe and plays a duet with the cor anglais. Later of course he comes back.
