    నిజమైన కొబ్బరి నూనె అయితే 2స్పూన్ లు కాదు, నాలుగు స్పూన్ లు తాగొచ్చు. చాలా రుచిగా ఉంటది

    సార్ , కొబ్బరి నూనె తింటే మంచిది అని చెప్పడానికి ఎనిమిది నిమిషాల వీడియో అవసరమా. అలాగే ఎండు కొబ్బరినో లేక పాచి కొబ్బెర తింటే సరిపోతుంది కదా.

    Western doctors dont blindly say anything like these so called naturalists ,adding a tinge of attitude event to oil. oils are evaluated based on their saturated unsaturated mono poly saturated fats and how they affect our health and how they transform when they are used for deep-fry. always best to avoid deep frying of oil and use minimal oil (less than 20grams per day on average).
