- It's taken me a while to be able to film the Russian radars at the north gate, but I was finally able. I brought a friend with me that is a life long dice head, and has never been to area 51 in her life. While driving towards the border on Groom Mine Road we were discussing that they could hear our conversation. She looked at the camo dude from a few hundred yards away. Then asked if he would turn his lights on, and off, and he did it. Sorry I wasn't filming at the time, but it did happen.
I will be in Rachel for the party (NOT TO STORM AREA 51). I hope to have 2 surprise guests with me.

They also have a Ukrainian made 36D6M1 radar that the US bought from them back in 2018.
My friend from Ukraine knows the pilot who delivered it in Utah. One got shipped to A51.
Great video Christian! That big radar unit looked like it had a Mitsubishi A/C unit mounted on the side of it. Like a mini duct system.

Your friend actually got a camo dude to blink his lights? But the other did not. I wonder if they're selective about who listens in on convos? I wonder if it's possible to use some of that reverse technology to listen in on their convos? Now that might be an interesting listen.
ETs watching you. I wonder if they can hear you from behind the cameras they have there also. Between sensors, camo dudes, ET's watching you, camo dudes hearing you and God only knows what underground things they have beneath you and off to the side in those hills, and the pending raid, it would do a person well to be careful out there.

Along with high winds heat haze is a big problem in the desert. That's why I did Tikaboo when it was below freezing.

Hey Christian form London UK. I would just love to know why they have set a old Russian Air Defence System so close to edge of the border were they know people are going to see it. Hey Christian, .. Two questions for you. Have you seen much wildlife out there, what kinds and have you ever heard of any stories involving predators? Given the right animal and how far out in the middle of no where you often are, .. that could be a rather sketchy situation. I’m sure they know you are there filming. I’m sure they know it is you. I’m sure they know you were not cross the line or violate any laws. That’s probably why the camera is not focused on you but it’s focused on whatever is happening in the desert.

The P-37 bar lock is a German modified P-35 by Siemens air defense radar used by Russia and it's friends.
The most likely reason it is in operation in Area 51 is to check the stealth capabilities of what ever they are flying.
After the Berlin wall came down, The German government inherited many Soviet tech and equipment and a fair amount was donated to NATO allies for testing and evaluations, this radar is one of that equipment.

I have been inside about 50 miles past Mercury. Very cool and extremely large base. Hope I’m able to do it again this fall on a work contract. My favorite attraction is the concert bench near the test site that turns into glass !! Wish I had that bench.

Christian - awesome video...again! Regarding the cammo dude apparently hearing your conversation/request to flash his headlights.... My theory is that the ambient noise from the road, engine, gravel etc. would muffle even the best sound gathering equipment. I think the simpler explanation (and therefore the most likely - see "Occam's Razor") is that you're a very familiar guy to the A51 security community. I would guess at some point security may have followed you to your home, work, shopping center parking lot - whatever- and put in a simple mic and transmitter in the cab of your truck. When you're near, they pick you up on their wireless network. It'd be interesting in you swept your truck for electronic devices. If the Raptor's lights flashing are indeed more than a coincidence - my guess is that you've been bugged as a reward for your "frequent visitor" status. You da man.

radar there mostly russian models, they are used to test stealth properties of new o modified aircraft cuming out of area51 against actual enemy hardware

Well we know that the US has Mig23s, Mig29s, and maybe other Russian aircraft so them showing off Russian radars isn't too far off.

Hey Christian! Awesome video...how cool was it to get a good look at the Russian radars! That did seem real eerie out there, I wonder what ET and the other camera was focused on? They seemed to be pointed in the same direction. What perfect timing to catch the cop going by!! At 00:56 you can see what looks to be the same vehicle parked at that building towards the back. Was there really someone causing a ruckus in the desert that day, you flashed it on the screen but didn't comment on it. Thanks for taking us with you...looking forward to more over night video's. That radar is interesting. Assuming it's state-of-the-art, what better way to see if your current stealth technology can defeat the enemy's radar? It does seem a bit odd, though, to put it right out in the open, where everyone can see it. A false-front, maybe, to disguise what they're really doing in there?
From what I read on dreamlandresort then looked on Google earth. These radars are in a straight line from the main runways at area 51. About 20 miles northwest of Rachel the same radars are there also. These that I showed in this video. If you were standing where I was I don't think most people would be able to make them out. I wish I would have shown them with 0 zoom so everyone could see the distance. I only knew they were there from dreamland, and Google earth. This was my only time after all these years to actually set up a tripod, and film them. Because I saw the only camo dude had left to take care of some guy.

I 100% agree with you. I am worried it will give USAF an excuse to widen its perimeter. No matter what we hope or believe to be in there it is still a military establishment and everyone should respect that.
