    Not an accident. You never point a gun at anything unless you're trying to kill it. Dude knew better and was careless and immature. I hope he pays dearly, but he won't. Totally protected.

      Negligent discharge. Not accidental. Same as Alec Balwin.
      Sorry for both LEO'S. R.I.P.
      Understand not coming down on the deputy that did the shooting. Just stating what it is for those whom do not know the diference.
      A negligent discharge is an unintentional firing of a shot due to a violation of the Four Universal Firearms Safety Rules, or other improper weapon handling. In the case of a negligent discharge, the fault lies entirely with the person handling the gun, and could have been prevented. In the vast majority of cases, the negligent discharge occurs due to a failure to observe Rule 3. In many of these cases, it also involves a lack of proper mindset or respect for the weapon, or a failure to observe Rule 1. In fact, it can be said that the most dangerous gun is the "unloaded" gun, because the handler may feel free to violate safety rules, often with tragic results.
      An accidental discharge in the unintentional firing of a shot not due to improper gun handling and through no fault of the person handling the gun. In the vast majority of cases, an accidental discharge is due to mechanical failure or equipment malfunction. .
      It is what it is.

    Shooting someone while pointing a gun at them is not an accident. I hope they keep the public up to date on this case. The days of excusing away crime need to end. Ivy needs to be fired for calling it an accident. Repeating a lie doesn't make it fact.

    👀It Dont sound like an accident to me. . Cops should know wayyyy better than to play with or point guns at others, loaded or not. 🤔Sounds to me like somebody got upset during the video game and popped off. Literally... 👌👀🤦🤷✔🎯💯

    You don't "jokingly" point a gun at someone and pull the trigger. What the guy did was murder (not manslaughter).

  • @tholmes8474
    @tholmes8474 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    no such thing as accidentally shooting. you must load the gun. point the gun. and pull the trigger. that requires alot for a "accident"

    • @tholmes8474
      @tholmes8474 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      pointed and pulled the trigger? without confirming it was clear and safe>? no accident here. maybe its not pre meditated. but its murder..

    Some mutually acquainted female probably beneath this.🤔 Something ain't right about this story. Gun most like holds a clip with 13 rounds. You don't put an empty clip into a gun and you can easily tell if a gun has a clip attached or if the clip is empty or full by its weight. 🤔🕺🏾

    This was *NOT* an accident, no one can justify pointing a gun at an unarmed person.. Brevard is so corrupt, I honestly will believe the jury will be formed by people they know, and they’ll either not convict, or give him the minimum.
