Topic....Village community.... There are village head, peasent and panchayat.. The head of village called pradhan or mandal. Village, caste and agriculture... There were also difference between people on the basis of caste. Work divided between different people. Even rajput and jats do the same of agriculture but rajput treated higher. And caste like gujar etc due to horticulture and pastrolist activities their status increased. Peasent and headmen... The headmen of village mandal choosen by the elder people and which retified by zamindar. If he would not do good work then he will be dismiss by these people. All person which herideted lot of land come to attend village panchayat meeting. Even from different caste also. But there was also other than village panchayat jati panchayat those attended by specific person jati people. The village headmen maintain the record and specify the land owned by village people. Also collect revenue and may used these money if situation come that of drought, flood etc. He also play role that the caste division will be upheld and person cannot able to marry in different caste. If he would do then he will be eliminate from village and agriculture work of village also. He also specify that the marriage will be happened according to the ritual of particular caste. Sometime these headmen found corroupted they talk to patwari which specify land and tax from. That land and from village. And headmen showed less land to the people in opposite what he owned which leads to paying of more tax by rural people because patwari set certain criteria for it. He also do justice in those case except of criminal like of someone marriage, divorced and in family problem. And state and people respect these decisions. People also perform other work than of agriculture work by peasent in period when sowing, or harvesting happened. People also performed...
