Our case chalne ke douran sale deed kar di plaintiff ne.. isliye wo sale deed hi zero hai kyunki already case chal raha hai... Order 39 rule 1& 2 application bhi defendant laga sakta hai court mein ki sale deed ki process ko turant roka jaye.. namantaran roka jaye... Sub- ragistrar ko bhi application likh dijiye, Tahseeldar ke yahan sale deed ke adhar par jo namantaran ho raha usme objection application laga sakte hain, ki court mein case chal raha hai...

Hello Sir, but my case is different...let me explain.. I am the plentiff of the Case. I got final decree on 2019 in my favour. At that time the plot measurement, sketch map and plot allotment was also done. But on 2024 when court directs to give possession to the allotted parties, at that time someone filled 1 rule 10 petition. 3rd party says that he bought the plot which is allocated to the plentiff. But my objection on this 1 Rule 10 petition is that..... 1. I filled the partition case on 5/08/2008. 2. 3rd party bought the property on 09/09/2008. 3. This property is the ancestral property. 4. The seller sale the property in absence of other generalogy . 5. The final decree was passed in my favour on 2019. 6. 3rd party is not a generalogy to this property, he is just a outside buyer. So please tell me Sir, is that 1 Rule 10 petition allowed ?
जब तक ORDER 1 RULE 10 मंजूर हो जाए तब तक सही है... पर जब वे ना मंजूर हो तब फिरसे उस को मंजूर करवा ना हो तो उस को उच्च न्यायालय मै कोन से SECTION OR ODER RULE के तहत किया जाता है.... ???????? PLEASE ANSWER ME SIRR.....🙏
