Wow! They’ve put in work... on google maps this community is far from finished, now look at it. I love this channel. Been living here in Vegas all my life and love seeing it grow.

Pulte did a great job and have finished building the community of Reverence. Thank you so much for the compliment! Vegas definitely has grown so much and yet there is more room for growth!

    Great footage!
I really enjoyed the clips of the surrounding mountains. There seems to be many trails nearby and places to bike.

Thank you! Reverence is a beautiful community and there are many walking/biking trails with scenic views of both the Las Vegas Strip and the mountains. Truly a hidden gem in Summerlin!

I hope they put some stores out there and not just homes

I completely agree! There are huge plans in the work just south of Reverence that will connect the area to Redpoint Village. I'm sure there will be commercial zoning for stores and restaurants.

    I love this guard-gated community!

The amenities, clubhouse and park are great features of this community. The additional security is a plus!

Looks like they're already leveling the area next to Reverence, between W Lake Mead Blvd and Summerlin Parkway. Do you know what development is going into that area? Who the builder will be?

Hi Jeff. I'm not sure. I don't believe there are concrete plans yet on which areas will be residential/commercial and the specific builder of that area.
All of that land there is currently owned by Howard Hughes. South of Summerlin Parkway is Redpoint and Redpoint Square (brand new community) where there are a variety of builers: Woodside Homes, Toll Brothers, Taylor Morrison and Pulte Homes.

@@AlanHuiRealty Thanks for the info. Looks like a lot of preliminary work is being done 0:53 so I would think they have some kind of design plan already (even if they haven't shared it publicly). It's a massive area. I could see some commercial opportunities along the 215 and another Reverence style community (or two) further back. Keep us updated.

@@johnsmith2799 I completely agree. There are many roads already planned connecting this area to Redpoint. Will definitely keep you updated!

Most of the Summerlin area tends to have smaller yards. Thank you for watching Mr. Fleshman
