Thank you! When we arrived at the national park, there was a welcome center that provided maps that showed several routes and the different difficulty levels. I would definitely recommend planning out your hike ahead of time to avoid dangerous situations like getting lost or being stuck after dark. Good luck!
Hi! I don’t study Korean language at Yonsei, I’m taking two courses: Social Psychology and Philosophy in East Asian Literature! I talk more about my program in episode 1 of my study abroad series! I’m not on any scholarship and I don’t have a visa, I have a K-eta! I’m in Seoul from June 24th to August 6th. Let me know if you have any more questions!
Hi, I watch your video to give me an idea of the hike. We are planning to do it in April, and we are novice hikers. Based from what I researched on, Baekundae is the easiest trail. Did you use that trail? Thank you.
Hi! We started from the Information Center and peaked Munsubong! My friend and I didn't follow a trail, but just started walking and followed the map towards the closest peak, which was still pretty far considering our starting location. I would suggest searching for a map of trails including difficulty and plan a route ahead of time! Good luck!
Haha I actually knew no Korean before going! Learning very basic, everyday phrases may have been helpful in retrospect. I ended up picking up some rly common phrases. Good luck!
congrats on reaching the summit!
ooo i need to go here
You are so brave! Amazing hike! Do you know of any guide could lead in such a hike?
