These are some examples to protecting yourselves especially for women. Wanted to add an experience from my POV. David ended up coming to a college in Kingsville which is also the time when they did the video where they ate Whataburger for a vlog. I was living there at the time when this happened and in one of the vlogs they did they lied and tried to pretend they were being held hostage at the school and that people weren’t letting them leave because there was so many fan girls outside basically. This wasn’t the case and it’s really shitty to pretend how crazy your fans are right after doing a public speaking for college kids to help inspire them to achieve great things. Just comes off as really shitty. Again the college was in Kingsville Texas and you can probably find people talking about when he went there for proof or again watch the videos he made on it.

Wanted to add an experience from my POV. David ended up coming to a college in Kingsville which is also the time when they did the video where they ate Whataburger for a vlog. I was living there at the time when this happened and in one of the vlogs they did they lied and tried to pretend they were being held hostage at the school and that people weren’t letting them leave because there was so many fan girls outside basically. This wasn’t the case and it’s really shitty to pretend how crazy your fans are right after doing a public speaking for college kids to help inspire them to achieve great things. Just comes off as really shitty. Again the college was in Kingsville Texas and you can probably find people talking about when he went there for proof or again watch the videos he made on it.
Yikes. Hopefully colleges won’t be inviting him back to speak anytime soon. If he came to my college he’d probably get bricks hucked at him. I doubt that the admin would even let him near campus but if for some reason they did the students would probably take things into their own hands
