The latter model has probably been unlocked and relocked. Does your procedure work on both models or is it safe only for the bilingual model ?. If your model has google playstore installed already no need to unlock anymore cause it can do the updates already. If still on China software, you can follow the tutorial to get the global software installed and do updates.

Hi Bobby When I start this my Device Manager shows "Android Phone" with ADB driver but not the bootloader interface one. I have minimal ADB installed but still have some yellow triangles on the Android phone. Both are the same in terms of specs. If you want without the hassle of flashing go for global. But if you can flash go for tencent for the same price would give you higher specs

Download the files on the description. The raw files once extracted contain about 20 files inside and then just follow the video for instructions. Be sure your on the right version before flashing.

What difference between chinese and global Rom of rog phone 3 other than those unsupported bandwidth/telcos, bloatware and some chinese words? I mean other than those 3 is there anything will affect the overall performance of the phone, thermal throttling, notification, may or may not working apps etc.. yes I do once use chinese Rom but it was bs2. Including those 3 stated above, notification seems not working unless you open the apps, apps will be closed automatically even if you didn't do anything ( due to its built under MIUI I know how bad that UI force app to close), GPS will be inaccurate sometimes. However I never touch rog phone let alone my upcoming rog phone 3 hehe. So may I know about Rog phone chinese Rom ?

You should not have yello triangles. Update your drivers on you pc

Try to do first a factory reset and see if it fixes it. You should have the same firmware in this video for you to use this file properly

It's actually pretty much the same process. You can look up the tutorial on Google and it'll give you the most recent CN files.

Need to downgrade on cn rom to right version on description before flashing.
I installed minimal ADB but driver still exclamation mark and can not detected phone bro pls.

What difference between chinese and global Rom of rog phone 3 other than those unsupported bandwidth/telcos, bloatware and some chinese words? I mean other than those 3 is there anything will affect the overall performance of the phone, thermal throttling, notification, may or may not working apps etc.. yes I do once use chinese Rom but it was bs2. Including those 3 stated above, notification seems not working unless you open the apps, apps will be closed automatically even if you didn't do anything ( due to its built under MIUI I know how bad that UI force app to close), GPS will be inaccurate sometimes. However I never touch rog phone let alone my upcoming rog phone 3 hehe. So may I know about Rog phone chinese Rom ?

Files on asus are update files and not raw files.

Same. Only when you flash you won't receive auto updates. Only manual updates will work.
