(No cap actually happened) I actually worked as an holiday job at a firetower with my uncle who was a ranger. (These lokkout towers were there during the summer season to prevent bigger forest fires. Everything went smooth and clean until the last evening I worked there we actually got a call from someone who got lost in the woods and he sounded desperate, we eventually needed to head to the area where the call came from just to realize that nobody was there. Me and my uncle were dumb founded and even searched the area for a little bit, but there was no joke no sign of any human being, no fireplace, no footprints on the usual dirtpaths, nothing. We contacted another tower that was like 10 kilometers further away from us to lookout for someone who got lost in the woods. Next day when I arrived back homes i even checked the news for missing persons to found nothing. I still dont know to this day if it was a prankcall or actually someone being in trouble.
