Suggest 2BHK projects at Sohna Road, Gurgaon for Rs 35 lakh - Property Hotline

Question: I am planning to buy a 2BHK house in Gurgaon for pure investment purpose. I can hold it for around 7-10 years and do not wish to go beyond Sohna Road. My budget is not beyond Rs 35 Lakh. Please advise on locations and projects I should go for and are affordable homes are a good option for investment?
Answer: For the area you are looking at in Gurgaon, it is a bit difficult because the price is at least above Rs. 6000 per sq. ft. But you can look up to affordable developments that are happening along Kundli Manesar Palwal expressway or along the kmp expressway. With a push on industrialisation and a lot of good developments happening on the KMP Expressway,I would strong suggest to look upto them.
Your holding period being 7-10 years long, opportunistically if you could find a distress buyer on Dwarka Expressway, that could be a very good opportunity as well. Unless you are ready to substantially increase your budget, look up to newer township developments of Sonepat, Kudli.
