I always get excited when I see your video wrap ups and diaries! It's been fun watching your garden evolve. You were right, they are grape hyacinth and lobelia is in the basket. Loving the fairy gardens too! I've been curious about the Journey tarot. The Evidence one is super cool! I hope you're feeling better!🌸
@@chaneldays That good! It is challenging to having fatigue and brain fog. Have you ever tried Ginkgo? I've been looking into this herb Rhodiola rosea but I haven't tried it.
I enjoyed seeing a rundown of your month. I didn’t really care for this last season of the umbrella academy either. It was a disappointing storyline. I loved all the thrift shopping you did. You must have the most gorgeous wardrobe of clothing. I loved that evidence based oracle. I had to grab a copy. That artwork blew me away. ❤
Hello Chanel, I was also disappointed in the final season of The Umbrella Academy. I love the art in the Evidence Based MAgic Oracle, it's stunning and your pairing is perfefction! Hope you're getting rest and you're feeling better.
Hi there, enjoyed your show of cards and dresses. The shrub you asked about is ornamental quince or 'chaenomeles. Good for plonking in vases with little effort.
I download books online if it’s a read once or buy used if possible! Dude yah sometimes I have like a book a day habit that’s not sustainable! What’s your protocol?? Really like the look of the find your magic tarot tbh Seeing watching…
It’s basically a three day water fast to reset the autoimmune system ( this immediately reduces antibodies for me) then a diet change (no gluten, nightshade etc), supplements and lifestyle change (low stress) for around 2 months after which I’m normally in remission (symptom free).
@@chaneldays which supplements?? I’m starting LDN this coming week. I’m nervous that it’s too late for my AS. I could barely walk today. Hoping it’s just a flare and not permanent
@@RoseHoneyRitual vitamin d, selenium (I eat Brazil nuts), b12 (methylcobalamin), zinc, magnesium, iron I also focus on gut health too as I believe it’s linked to autoimmune so I’ll take aloe Vera, l glutamine And for stress/cortisol I use vit c, ashwaghanda and phosphatidylserine
That Charlie xcx video is fun. I hope this is ok to ask. But I think I can inquire for everyone who watches your vids. Your autoimmune issues, are you going to be ok? I mean, give us some peace of mind please.
With autoimmune stuff you have flare ups where you are really ill (if you let them run rampant it can lead to cancer/death) but luckily I’ve found ways to reduce the antibodies and therefore essentially put the conditions in remission and basically be symptom free, the protocols just suck and take time unfortunately but I’m starting this weekend so should be fully recovered in a few months
Always enjoy hanging out with you! Hope you and the kiddos are all feeling better. 😊❤
Thanks honey

Thanks for the plants names!
I’m beginning to feel a bit better ☺️ it’s the chronic fatigue and brain fog that’s hard to overcome

It really went downhill which sucks as it was so good in the beginning
I am having fun with fashion atm
Evidence based magic is GORGEOUS

I totally agree!
I really loved the crochet bags and decks. So beautiful. I attempted bags a couple of times and gave up... lol
Oh dude you should see the first 5 bags I made, mangled messes, and I watched step by step tutorials for them too, took me ages to get the hang of it

Thankyou! Now you’ve said that they do look like little quinces
@@chaneldays My Mum used to make them into a jelly like crab-apple/redcurrant jelly etc.
