@@toolazytoholdagrudge1148exactly. HoRb has a separate DPS form and Support form. For HoTr it’s more like she was made to be support but they gave her a bit of damage on the side.
So that's how miHoYo buffs physical support valks since Impairs is already absurdly broken, they decides to give the support a DPS Role, a really good one unlike Senti, 100% Crit Rates, and made the impair duration almost twice as long (20-25 seconds and can be extended). Trust me she'll be staying in the meta for over 2 years considering Senti has been supporting Physical Valks for almost 2,5 years and before that Celestial Teri was supporting physical valks for nearly 3 years.
It’s worth noting that Senti was a VERY. VERY good dps on her release. She dominated almost every phys weather or could at least do okay on them until they released Abyss Flower for BKE to bump her back over. The reason she doesn’t work anymore is because disturbance has gone too high, so her damage simply isn’t good enough anymore (especially because SA was a huge synergy that made her really good, and now SA is too weak to do much as well). I’m not discounting the points you’re making necessarily, just pointing out the fact that on release, senti DPS was very strong.

Eventually BKE took over in the next version and due to type countering her DPS relevancy was cut short, especially with the infamous BKE era where most bosses were 100% meant for BKE. She only had Physical Assaka as her time for DPS to shine, and if you happen to have Asuka from Eva Collab she's way better in Physical Assaka after Abyss Flower was introduced.
They kinda have to if they want people to pulll. The only other way would be to make the support gap between her and senti even larger but that could push phys to be too stronger as brute forcing everything trio style.

QUA HoReb would be neutral to BIO-MECH-PHY and Dmg up on QUA. She would of been way too powerful. QUA HoReb would be able to brute force anything non-IMG. I know it doesn't fit the theme of all Seele battlesuits being QUA.

I was thingking, how about Triple DPS team, with HoRb, SN, and TA, but everyone is built DPS... So it's like a quick swap QTE team where everyone's QTE can be triggered continuously...
That team could work if you use HoRb and TA as supports for SN, specially HoRb since she can't impair in her dps form There's also another problem, and it's that SN is really outdated
Who even uses SN? Even at the start of her release, SP (yes the A Rank Seele) was way better than SN, and even in Redlotus now SP can outscore FR teams and even can help retain Nirvana.

She’s no longer mandatory but still wanted for Memorial Arena and DPS Seele. Reason why she’s was a must have was due to impair, which reduces their defense. No other support has a long impair duration like Senti (until HoRebirth) hence why she was a must pull.
Well Kira’s banner has a one-time discount while HoRb’s might have many reruns with the same banner. If you are low on crystals or not confident then ok.

Most newer Supports got nerfed dps wise though, for example HoTr was nerfed a lot and ended up being a mediocre dps
