There is good reason to have a floating output, isolated from (common) earth. Would be useful to have a switch on the rear so you can select. Also owned a PSG9080 for around 2 years and had no issue with it.

I have a Rigol AWG DG1062Z, which I use for 2 tone tests for RX. Also one could use it for 2 tone TX tests at either RF or audio. The composite phase noise on the 14bit Rigol is pretty good. Not sure what the Juntek is like. Useful instrument though.

Is it possible to change the output impedance different by 50 ohms?

Hey Alex, I am pretty sure it has a Hi-Z setting but I just checked the manual and didn't see it...

It is able to measure much more than 100Mhz.

No, it can't reliably generate a signal that high.
