Aj Lindsey yeah I just ordered the HDR 4400 and it comes with the new 3 blade raptor. Don’t know how well it will do in the vegetation or if i should just get the big blade
Seth Roussel The 3 blades do not handle veggies as well as a two blade. That's just due to distance between blades. I have never ran a 3 blade, so can't tell you how it'll work. The big blade is a great prop though sand will kill it quick.

Hammer, The Big Blade is faster, but does not compare in durability.

Aj Lindsey yep that’s what i heard. We run through a lot of salvinia and hydrilla so it looks like I️m buying a big blade
Seth Roussel Now they are smoother in deep water from what i hear. I would recommend carrying an extra prop no matter the blades.
