When you block bolo's attacks after his hit there's a delay of his recovery to block mode in that short time you must react quickly and bolo gets hitted and takes damage on number of attacks you make.
I mean we are only seeing the results of all of the grinding he/she has to do for shadow energy to make the fight possible
