It looks like she is happy now while playing which is good hopefully she can get back to the top. She has one of if not the best tennis IQ’s on tour and truly understands the best shots to hit at the right times and where to place them plus the correct way to dictate points without solely relying on power to do so.
She’s one of the highest tennis IQ players and plays so close to the lines. When she’s confident, she can beat anyone. Hopefully her beating all these top players translates to AO.
Sofia Kenin is rising for some months , on this beautiful video you can see that is has an amazing fast leg work , and she quite always gives a very cleaver shot . So yes she is a very strong player . It is funny as well that the four Eagle players are all born in Russia ! Beautiful team 💗💙🤍

When kenin is good, the tour is good. People love to play her and watch her play.
The ball striking on the backhand has always been insane. Not a lot of pace but very great depth and angles.

that's fair, but literally like a year ago or so she was losing exhibition matches to Bouchard. she's also looking much more fit than she did at the start of last season
Oh yes. She’s made so much progress lately. I’m excited to see her play like this, especially before the AO and really enjoy watching her. I have high hopes for her 2024 season! ❤
High tennis IQ, great anticipation and variety. Even if she won a Slam, I still consider her a waste of talent. Hopefully things are gonna change soon

I recognized that chair umpire from ATP matches. I never see him umpire women matches before.
I didnt comment because I am known for being negative but Kenin losing her first round is an indication her being back is a premature statement. Think that goes for Osaka, Kerber, Emma (unlikely she will win another slam) but winning a title - slams for Osaka - is what being back means

Pretty good, in THIS tournament. Only 2024 will tell. We need to see how she does vs quite a few other players.

Not bad but lets not forget, she could not handle Vondrousova 1 month ago . Unfortunately she had melt down (6:1,6:1) But i m happy she is back , So top 10 will be huge fight:)
She beat Sabalenka and Gauff though and almost beat Rybakina and Kasatkina, plus during US Open Swing she had severe strapping I think she can beat Vondrousova and Muchova given her great record against tricky players like Ons and Barty
