It is not that reliable actually you can have a general view of the syllabus and basic knowledge of the subjects but the pattern of upsc is evolving,.so for deep study you have to go for in depth sources

Like for english you can see videos of the topic and then take practice from this book, for science only ncert of 9 and 10th , for polity laxmikant but dont read it thoroughly just important sections, for geography class 11 th physical geography and maps classes from TH-cam

For OTA kindly focus on english part try to score 75-80 and then in gs try to score 35-40 following only master subject like science, geo and polity you can also go for economics only if you have enough time but dont go for history because it is very vast and also in upsc it is unpredictable

The easiest way is to watch English movies and read English novels or books and try to speak english most often it's a bit of a slow process but you will see results for sure. It's all about self confidence so maybe you just need to build that.

Geography carries a lot of marks. So, taking geography is a must. Many important topics like Head Budget, Winds, Earthquakes, Volcanoes are asked in the questions. You must also read Modern Indian History and Indian Polity (you can use Indian Constitution at work).
