You were so lucky to have had him in your family. I knew him a bit and we would have a beer together when he would come to play in Washington, DC. In fact he played there at the old Nanny O'Brien's the evening of September 11, 2001 when all hell broke loose in New York. Lovely man, really. And what a musician! Miss him 😢

The great Tommy Peoples, one of the humblest musicians you could ever meet. Played with him a few times in Boston, just in sessions, and afterwards he’d thank *me* “for the tunes”.
