Hello Sir, mere ek friend ko sirf 1 saal ka work permit mila hai even though uska study permit 1 November se phle ka hai and ielts mai bhi ache bands aye hai but still 1 year ka work permit mila hai!! Esa kyu hai please explain!
If you are going in skilled trades it is 200% worth it. If you are going for tech/IT masters/PhD degree it may be worth it but don't go with blind expectation of PR. If you are going for diploma for anything other than skilled trades it not worth it at all, be prepared to waste your time and money.

There is khalistan issue, then there is problems of local Canadian people not wanting to give jobs to expats. Then why do you want to live there?? Even the Trudeau government is totally lost and changing laws virtually every day..
Do we not have terrorism issue in India? He already has job in Canada and has stable income and now about to get PR. Even with all the instability QoL is better in Canada as compared to India, at least people get a return on 40% tax with clean air, roads and free education (if/when he has kids). The law changes wont affect him.
