Absolutely stunning home, Darin. As always, the tour was excellent! So glad to see you back to doing home tour videos! When will you be doing this again?
Nice video, I am from the suburban part of Minnesota. I am used to the houses being about 50+ feet apart, I moved from an extremely rural part of Minnesota to a suburban area about 9 years ago, we lived about twenty minutes from the suburbs and we lived in the woods, our neighbour’s were about half a mile from our house, we had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a 2 and a half car garage. I don’t remember anything else, but our house now is 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 3 car garage, I’ve always wanted to live a bit far out and live in a “somewhat populated” neighbourhood. We were wondering if its better to have a back yard that goes into a park or just a big backyard close to other houses? I like that you always wear those red and blue socks of yours and they are pretty nice looking.
Thanks for watching, Glitch. Ones backyard is an individual preference, but backing up to a park is always nice because you don't have to mow it but can still use the space when you want. 😊 However, when it's your own backyard you can do what you like with the space.
@@LivingInMN I'm from the twin cities I remember when that area was nothing but sod farms I know most of the builders in that state and it's said that MN is bleeding people dry with it overinflated house prices That house is worth no more than 550 six tops if that... My advice to home buyers wait this bubble is going to crash and it's going to crash big you'll be able to pick that house up for less than four...
I understand how you feel about the prices, but people have been saying it's going to "crash" again since 2015 or 2016. If you would have waited you would have missed out on a ton of appreciation during that time through today. With the lack of inventory and demand the data is showing there will not be a crash. May I ask where you are getting your data and information about an upcoming crash?
@@LivingInMN You want to put some money on it pal. I'm currently in the market to buy a house in Minnesota but even shacks are outrageously overpriced.
@@LivingInMN Having said that you put on one hell of a video You're one hell of a realtor I've been watching you and looking at the homes you post on there but you got to admit home prices are outrageously overpriced for what you're getting in the area you're getting it in not even factoring in school districts city governments homeless and illegal populations and Biden voters.
The end of the video reminds me walter white : I WANT IT AS IS ! 😃 realtor guy : this is not for sell ... W.W : NAME ONE THING IN THIS WORLD THAT IS NOT NEGOTIABLE 🥸
😄 Yes, technically, one can't buy this exact home at the moment because it's currently the model home for the builder. However, one could build one just like it if they wanted. Eventually, this home will be for sale as the community is built out. You are right though... Everything is for sale for the right price😊. Thanks for watching.

@@LivingInMN Ha, I doubt that, Darin, but thanks anyway! I’m looking forward to the next one. Wishing you all the best!
