Even the French or other dependencies in the South pacific and Indian Ocean didn't quite have it. I have friends that live in Europe and have for about ten years. I’m in the US and they say the same things about loving the European lifestyle. I had considered joining them but then Covid happened. Kinda derailed everything. But I’m envious of their freedom they have and the ease of life, so much less stress.
