Let me ask you this - how badly do you want to achieve your goals/dreams? What are you willing to sacrifice to get there? Forget we're talking about fitness for second, and just think of the sacrifice it's takes other people to achieve their dreams. I didn't just give up alcohol. I realized at one point I quit playing video games - for the most part. Because the extra time I needed to train, meal prep, research, etc. - and I refused to give up time away from my kids. ? They aren’t pro athletes/competitors and no they aren’t in bad shape. These guys train people, study and put out content, just because they are in the fitness industry doesn’t mean they have to be absolutely shredded.
i thought the same thing when i started watching them. then you look at their achievements and you realize you have idea what you’re talking about.
It's easy to fool somebody like you just by showing you an overly shredded body. In reality it's more complicated than that, a person with a good physique may not always be telling you the truth about fitness and health.
Many jacked guys are so muscular they cant jog a mile. Being in shape and fit is more than big muscles.
Alcohol will dump body heat. Some athletes have a beer or two after a big workout for this reason.
Vodka is anabolic
Nah
These guys are trainers ? Literally everyone at my gym is bigger than them
And ?
Is once a week , 4 times a month terrible? Lol
The worst part of drinking is the day after. You feel like shit and sluggish during workouts. Soo much for a good time drinking the previous night
No. Enjoy yourself
@@JFoley123456 I agree lol, if your entire purpose on earth is to just go to the gym and be fit then sure but sheesh enjoy yourself with friends.
this is why I smoke weed
I go out and get drunk every 2 or 3 weeks. It negatively affects my progress. Thems the breaks.
I stopped drinking for 8 weeks, the first time I'd gone that long without drinking my entire time training. I added 10kg to my bench. I thought my strength had pretty much plateaued, it's unbelievable, not drinking is like taking steroids.
Love the content, been a big fan for a long time but Man these dudes never answer the questions that are asked on their show. They always just start talking about some stuff and never get to the point.
