- ➤ This video consists of the basics of Selectors in UiPath studio.
To automate specific actions in the user interface, you are required to interact with various windows, buttons, drop-down lists and many others. One of the ways in which UI elements can be identified is by using their position on the screen, but this can be unreliable.
⦿ To overcome this problem, UiPath Studio uses what we call selectors. These store the attributes of a graphical user interface element and its parents, in the shape of an XML fragment.
⦿ Most of the times, selectors are automatically generated by Studio and do not require further input from you, especially if the apps you are trying to automate have a static user interface.

Is Uipath can make automation testing for Quality Assurance? If yes is previous knowledge about coding is important?
For Testing UiPath has a Separate component called UiPath Test Suite which is also low code platform.
what would be the logic if i want to use incremental IDX ? need in my RPA project
Ideally Idx is Not Recommended but still if you want to use it - You can simply store the Idx Numbers in a list of Integers or if you are sure how many idxes are to be used - Directly use the number.
Nest we use a loop, iterate each of the idx and pass it to the selector by using a variable in the selector.
i have seen many video on throw rethrow activity still my doubt is not clear on that topic can u please make a video on that i m facing a lot of issue on that .....its a request

Anchor Base: The specified combination of selector, filter and scope is not supported.
This is an expected behaviour. It comes from the fact that the Anchor Base doesn’t need a full selector to do it’s job. It is supposed to find your image on the left and then match the element signified by the last bit of the selector that is chosen automatically here.
To Resolve , use the New Set of Activities.
