Idk why they don’t just give us a series based on the old generation to flesh out their characters and show the ninja world of old. Show us how these characters became tyrannical, jaded, uncaring, selfish, etc. What really made them lose their ninja way in detail. All the characters mentioned in this video are infinitely more interesting than anyone in Boruto. Following the story of the Second and Third Shinobi War would be a fantastically dark series. Showing what made these villages into what we knew them to be during Shippuden. There is so much potential for this idea I couldn’t begin to write down every character. And the main character of the series could be some new random ninja that in the final episode is killed off during the third war.
What we have is largely made up week to week with a "canon bible" of everything that's been written thus far Kishimoto uses to keep his work consistent. What you're asking for is the Silmarillion.

Danzō manipulating Hanzo is filler. In the manga, he just goes there to secure an alliance between their villages since most wars end up there. Hanzo was planning on betraying Akatsuki the whole time.
The guy that got more disrespected than Tenten, as he was able to keep his city alive by himself against villages with: Uchiha + Woodusers + Hyuga, or a village with a guy who’d go toe to toe with the 8 tails, who also had insane ninja tools, and guys who could live inside a 9 tails, eat it. Stone users who could stop the 10 tail movement, plus an eraser. And all the villages having at least 1 tailed beast. The character who made legends out of characters by just fighting him 3v1. Almost as much disrespect as Mifune got.
Yep, Hanzo is very underrated. Prime Hanzo even survive Nagato Gedo Statue dragon easily (I don't know what that jutsu called), but that dragon can easily kill many Shinobi in seconds.

I find Hanzo to be such a mysterious character and I literally was searching for videos about him I can’t explain how happy I got that someone finally decided to talk about this underrated character
Hanzo was single-handedly folding all four great nations simultaneously in the war in the hidden rain, and was one of the very few people who could use the body-flicker in battle. Bear in mind the only other person we hear doing that was Shisui. Dude was a true monster. Its a damn shame we never saw his full fighting capacity.
Hanzo is fascinating character a men full of hope and conviction for peace and a men who lost hope in peace only to findit in his last fight as reanimation.
Imagine if hanzo just killed danzo instead of the akatsuki, not only would the rain village become a world superpower having not only the entire akatsuki team and himself but also the hidden leaf would still have the uchiha

I agree with mostly all and loved the video. But the 3 sanin were not at the peek of their power. Their peek was certainly after naruto was born. No evidence was shown orochimaru used any real moves we know today. Orochi most definitely becoame stronger after leaving the village through his experiments. In that fight he was still loyal to the village. So if orochi got stronger so did the other 2. Cause we all know toad sage was the strongest of the 3.

That's a hell of a game of rock paper scissors. Hanzo makes poison, that Granny Shio countered but Tsunade counters her poison but hasn't made a cure for Hanzo's poison.
You got one point wrong, Hanzo fought the Sannin when they were not at their prime. It was stated in the databooks that Jiraiya got much more powerful after he left Konoha, Tsunade mastered the Byakugo after she left Konoha and Orochimaru got much more powerful years after he left Konoha and after he left Akatsuki when he formed the sound village and mastered Edo Tensei.

Hanzo was one of the few people who was work against Edo tensai , the others are madara, hashirama, tobirama, Itachi. That's are very exceptional group of ninjas to be grouped together with.
I like a lot these characters and clans we know almost nothing about them. We can create our headcanons about them and use them as inspiration for creating something new ❤️❤️
And that's not even going into his use of fire-style explosive tags, which he could seemingly conjure beneath and swarm his opponents with from a significant distance I'm pretty confident his use of the technique is part of what inspired Konon's Shigigami Dance, if that says anything about what he might have been able to do with it

But for you to say that’s the peak of their power for orochimaru and jiraiya is false once orochimaru left the village he never stopped trying to training experimenting on new people to improve himself and jiraiya didn’t slow down on his training either plus he wasn’t even using sage mode while fighting honzo so you definitely was capped out

what i really like about this guys perspective on naruto is that he looks through all the shounen abilities/powers aspect of the series and works on the level of in-universe political reality and how the shounen aspect ties into that? which is the actually important core of a manga about a kid who wants to be president
