I was looking at the front girl keep looking at the phone. Yoga is to be mindfullness n be present. It really irritates the instructors when u see someone doing that.
la clase genial! pero no puedo darle un like ! noooo!! tiene celulares en la clase!! teléfonos nooo !! como se va concentrar X Dios!! que desubicada!!! y la llave al lado nooo!! falta de respeto total! al profesor y a sus compañeros! debe desconectarse de todo en la práctica!! y esta respondiendo msjs y con un ojo mira al profesor y con el otro el celular!! una irrespetuosa x ser amable y educada ! sino diría otra cosa.
