Hey, this was really helpful! Especially the distinction between "express" (DR Horton) and more custom homes, and who includes more or less in the base price. In the part about Lifestyle Homes, one small tweak: actually it's the Family Center that the Lifestyle Homes Community Foundation supports (the gym and community center that used to be a YMCA), but the feel of what you said is correct-- Lifestyle Homes did help remodel the bar & grill, and the new owners have made Cold Springs Crossing restaurant a hub of community activity. People who live out there are pretty proud of their community. Thanks, too, for the tip on flooring upgrading!
