We insult each other, each other's instruments, etc. But nobody in my entire orchestra would dare to insult cellos. Because we all know it is the best instrument. That's just a fact. No one can deny it. If you do, you're lying to yourself. The cello is just supreme. That's why this is the best. So much cello

I wish I had discovered classical music early in my life, especially Vivaldi. It is hard to be depressed or sad when you listen to his music. It is some of the most joyous music I have ever heard.

Young minds with a sense of appreciation for these vibes not only trigger vast brain's functions into the processing of information ( intelectual capacity) but most importantly ( neurons connections, they conglomerate not only in the brain also next to the heart on other points throughout the body ) a path or rather paths for higher levels of consciousness can be easily open and therefore what you experience and perceive widens beyond the known. It's just fascinating, I wish I had someone to tell me this when I was your age. Anyways just sharing information anyone would get through some research and anyone can experience.
to me, vivaldi's works always sound so freshing. his music is like breeze blowing over vast grassland, though it could be strong sometime, but this breeze becomes strong to blow the dandelion to spread the beuaty of nature itself.
There is something hauntingly brilliant about Baroque pieces, especially that of Vivaldi, the Red priest. I think it is the composition, how it tells a story through musical notes in the most sublime fashion. There is a reason why they stay immortal.
This is hands down the best version out there. Vivaldi's cello concertos became my favourite, so kept looking up other performances, but keep returning to this interpretation.
There used to be Gli Incogniti, whose interpretation I prefer for most of the concerti (not all). In particular, Gli Incogniti's Cello Concerto A minor RV 420 is way superior to the L'arte Dell'arco version imo. Unfortunately, the poster of the tracks got copyright striked and they have all been removed. Not to hate on L'arte Dell'Arco- but to give respect to Gli Incogniti.

Unlike most baroque composers and an extreme lover of the cello, it's really nice that Vivaldi dedicated so much time on cello compasitions. These concerto's are nothing short of raw brilliance,and in a class all there own. Special thanks to whoever !
Vivaldi has one of the greatest repertoire. It's delightful to study, work and simply appreciate his compositions. This historically oriented performance makes me imagine listening at the time of composition. Thank you Brilliant Classics for provide it for us.

As you should! He really captures the passion in your culture. I love other Baroque composer's like the great Bach, but they are too... German sometimes, you know? When I want to relax and have fun listening, I go for Vivaldi, or French Baroque composers like Couperin.

Vivaldi is one of those composers that you can hear a few seconds of any piece and immediately recognize it as a Vivaldi piece.

As you should! He really captures the passion in your culture. I love other Baroque composer's like the great Bach, but they are too... German sometimes, you know? When I want to relax and have fun listening, I go for Vivaldi, or French Baroque composers like Couperin.
