You are not actually burying the knot.

This is simply demonstration on cloth..can better be burried in real tissue...thnkfull for your feed back

Even if u align the knot with tissue horizontally it may be enough..knot and thread pointed upward may result in stitch sinus..i will demonstrate on real tissue next time
